1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlawful;
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of jlbrt or any entity related to jlbrt, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by jlbrt, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority;
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or beneficial owner other than yourself.

jlbrt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jlbrt may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each Player may register one (1) account on the jlbrt Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and residential address. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160, as amended), jlbrt is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, or equivalent);
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or Maya account);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document, if requested.

jlbrt will review KYC submissions within two (2) to five (5) business days. Incomplete or unsatisfactory documents may require resubmission. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

4 Account Security & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your jlbrt account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your jlbrt account;
• You must select a strong, unique password and update it periodically;
• You must notify jlbrt Customer Support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jlbrt will never ask for your full password through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jlbrt requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. jlbrt shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

5.1 Deposits

jlbrt accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via supported payment methods, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and selected cryptocurrency options. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Platform's banking page and may be subject to change. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification;
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to jlbrt's prevailing withdrawal policies;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal;

5.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions on the jlbrt Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlbrt does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jlbrt accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jlbrt offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Promotions").

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiration periods;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") that must be completed in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method;
• jlbrt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers—including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms—will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the jlbrt Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized means;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity in violation of Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) or related Philippine legislation;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform;
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks;
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or account balances to another party;
• Accessing or using the Platform if you are a self-excluded player or are located in a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jlbrt Platform—including but not limited to software, source code, databases, functionality, artwork, graphics, images, text, logos, icons, audio files, game content, and compilations thereof (collectively, "Content")—is owned by or licensed to jlbrt and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act 8293).

jlbrt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its Content without jlbrt's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of jlbrt's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

10 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE JLBRT PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

jlbrt does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses; (b) any specific game outcomes or winnings will occur; (c) information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlbrt's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your jlbrt account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall jlbrt be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

You may close your jlbrt account at any time by contacting Customer Support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification of identity and satisfaction of all outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jlbrt reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlbrt will endeavor to provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as grammatical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding the jlbrt Platform or these Terms, Players are encouraged to first contact jlbrt Customer Support at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. jlbrt will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.2 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its established complaint resolution mechanisms, as jlbrt operates under PAGCOR's licensing jurisdiction.

15.3 Jurisdiction

The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
